Skin discolouration, pigment spots and an inhomogeneous skin texture can be very distressing for sufferers. Tranexamic Acid Serum helps visibly reduce various skin discolourations with its effective yet gentle formulation. By visibly lightening the skin and preventing the formation of pigment spots, the skin tone becomes visibly more even.

Usage

At the beginning of the application, apply Tranexamic Acid Serum only 3 times a week in the evening to the face, neck and décolleté area before the respective skin care cream and gently pat in to support absorption.

Avoid the eyelids and lips. Depending on tolerance, the application can be increased up to once a day. In addition, use UV protection such as Face Guard Advanced to protect against UV radiation and prevent the reappearance of dark spots.

Do not use Tranexamic Acid Serum during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Note: Due to the maximum use concentration of 3 % tranexamic acid, the serum should not be used in combination with other products that also contain tranexamic acid.

Ingredients

• Tranexamic acid: Prevents the interaction between melanocytes and keratinocytes, inhibits the activity of tyrosinase and reduces melanin formation, thus levelling skin tone, fading discolouration and counteracting the formation of new pigment spots, activates cell autophagy
• Niacinamide: Blocks melanin transport, strengthens the skin barrier and prevents inflammation
• Hyaluronic acid (short and long chain): Provides intensive moisturisation of the skin, reduces TEWL
• Hyaluronic acid with whitening effect: α-linolenic acid is transported to the tyrosinase enzymes in the melanocytes and degrades them, inhibiting melanin production, improves skin colour uniformity
• Saccharide isomerate: Skin-identical carbohydrate complex for longlasting moisturisation of the skin
• Shea butter: Nourishes the skin and supports its barrier function 
• Macadamia oil: Natural oil extracted from the macadamia nut; absorbs easily, cares for the skin and makes it soft and supple
