AHA Face Cream is a pleasantly light 24-hour care for oily, blemish-prone skin. This facial care that works round-the-clock loosens dead skin cells and activates natural skin renewal. Clogged pores, a frequent cause of blackheads and inflammatory processes, become free again. At the same time, the skin is better moisturised, appears fresher and smoother – an effect that is also interesting for mature skin prone to blemishes.

AHA Face Cream contains a fruit acid combination of glycolic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid and citric acid. Fruit acids act as a face mask. They inhibit the cohesion of corneocytes and support the natural renewal process of the skin. Excess skin flakes disappear and new cells can reach the surface unhindered. With regular use, the appearance of the skin can be significantly improved. Pores appear refined and the skin looks more even and softer.

The skin having a relatively low pH value is crucial for the fruit acids to be effective. AHA Face Cream has a pH value of approx. 4.4 with a fruit acid concentration of 10 % and is therefore optimally effective and well tolerated

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

• Glycolic acid: Occurs naturally in unripe grapes, sugar cane juice and sugar beet, among other things. Keratolytic effect
• Malic acid: Is found in unripe apples, gooseberries and other fruits; it is also slightly keratolytic in higher concentrations
• Tartaric acid: Tartaric acid and its salts are abundant in grape vines, grapes and the leaves of the vine; slightly keratolytic
• Citric acid: Is found in lemons, but also in many other fruits; keratolytic effect and works to brighten the skin in higher concentrations
• Saccharide isomerate: Moisturiser made from natural sugars. This forms a natural bond with the keratin (horn substance) of the skin and is therefore also called a “moisture magnet”
